Freezing HP
I bought the HP laptop 2 weeks ago. I am not happy with it as it keeps freezing. I need each time to switch off and on. It is not convenient.

Very nice laptop... bought for general home use. Good: display, backlit keyboard, touchpad. Not entirely sure about longevity of physical input usb c for charging (but lots of laptops now adopting this mains power method) - just have to be gentle on it, nevertheless has a satisfactory firm/tight fit socket. Overall I'm very happy with this laptop, glad I bought this model.

Had this a month now. Good performance for everything I need, office376, account package, browsing etc. screen good display and accurate on touch. For me only niggle is that the hinge does not go far enough back when fully opened, it would be more comfortable to use if it did
