DustPan doesn’t lay flat
This is the second time have bought this as when the dustpan started not laying flat in thought it was me but two weeks after I bought another one it’s happened again !

Does the Job, great Design
I've now had this long-handled brush set a few weeks. It's great! I love the bristle cleaner. Also the lip of the 'shovel' gets all the dust, rarely letting any slip under. It was larger than I expected, but it folds (well, swivels) to be stored in a small space.

The lip of the pan does not sit against the floor so everything just gets swept under the pan

It’s fine.
Bought to replace an old one. It’s alright, does the job of a quick sweep up… the end handle of the brush keeps falling off though which is a bit annoying.

Simple and does the job.
The only problem was unclear or incomplete assembly instructions. The difference in the length o fthe shafts is not explained and both handles need to be forced onto the shafts or struck with a blunt instrument or hammer. Otherwise it's okay.

Poor manufacturing
The product was not manufactured well, there was a bow in the collector which meant that you couldn’t sweep into it and I had to return it. Disappointing

Sturdy consturtion
Sturdy construction much better than others I used before . Like the comb on the dust pan that makes removing hair from the brush much easier.
