The Marcy SB-10100 Utility weight bench adapts to different upper body exercises. It's a folding design that stores away easily when not in use. The bench has 4 adjustable backrest positions. You can set it to upright, incline, flat or decline. That gives you options for training different muscle groups at home. The steel framework feels solid during workouts. Quick release pins let you fold it flat in seconds. It fits into cupboards or under beds between training sessions.

Absolutely fine.
Perfectly fine for what I needed. Does upright, 45, flat and decline positions. Fairly easy to put together. Nice and solid structure. The backboard had one misaligned hole for the screw. Got on the argos chat, had an email from the manufacturer, 2 days and a new backboard delivered for free. Can't fault it really. I'm 15 stone, and it can hold me and 50kg of weights with ease.

Looks good, folds quite well
The bench is solid, looks good and folds away well in our spare room. Ignore the reviews about rattling, the nuts just take a bit of force to tighten. I’m 6.3 and find the bench a fraction short, also the fixed knee roll supports get in the way at one end so I sit the opposite end when using it for flat bench work. although my wife (5’4) finds it very comfortable using the knee rolls when doing flat bench work. It’s also great for decline sit-ups. It does take quite a bit of assembly at first.

Looks good but!
Looks good but it shakes a lot not very stable at times and make a lot of noise when moving it due to how loose the bolts are as they only tighten so far but otherwise it’s a okay product

Quality exercise bench
A very high quality exercise bench offering incline, flat and decline positions, with very sturdy build and the added bonus of being foldable, thereby reducing its footprint when needed. Good weight capacity and all the finer details such as fitting covers and firm and comfortable pads. Even the wife likes it. Highly recommended!

Hi when putting together the instructions where straight forward well pleased with the heavy tubing Is great, I’m slightly overweight but the well made construction of this bench it will have no problem and it looks great and well worth the money i don’t give 10 out of 10 often but in this case yes Thanks Stuart

The Marcy Folding Steel Utility Dumbbell Bench is 52cm from the floor to the seat.

I can confirm that this bench features a Quick fold design with two rapid release pins fold the bench flat to store away.
However it does weigh 22kg

Hi Becks, thanks for the question. Unfortunately, it's not possible to add attachments like a leg developer or preacher arm curl pad to this bench. We would recommend the Marcy UB9000 Bench instead as this has a leg developer included.
