Customers Say
Affordable, portable record player with a retro design, good for casual listening and gifts. Sound quality is often described as tinny or thin, but it’s suitable for beginners and occasional use.

Not a Technics sl1210 but a superb vinyl player.

Not bad!
This was a cheap little item for my daughter to have a play around with her vinyl but it is prett tinny sounding when the volume is turned up. I didn't expect too much and it serves a purpose as its only in her bedroom.

Best Birthday Ever!
I bought this for my 79 year old friend for her birthday and this is what she said: “…I set it up and have had a wonderful time playing Buddy Holly and my favourite Christmas L.P.'s. (quite loud actually. The neighbours must have thought I had gone crazy but I didn't care.) What a LOVELY surprise it was. I must have told you that I have old records, but I didn't remember that... I have quite a lot of records, some I thought I would never hear again. You can't believe what a wonderful birthday I'm having.” So, I think it’s safe to say it is a great record player! 😊

A blast from the past!
It's brilliant! Elderly husband is reviewing his entire record collection without having to leave his armchair - singles, EPs, LPs and the odd Elvis on a 78 (yes - we're now All Shook Up). We love it and it's great to hear all the oldies that formed the background to our formative years.

Cool Design, cheap price, audio quality is ok
Good product considering the price. It is not for an audiophile because the sound quality is rubbish but it also shouldn’t be expected to be great for 30£. It looks stylish and feels robust enough to be in use for a few years.

Looked good
I recently bought the record player as a gift, only to find out that when my sister plugged it all ready to play her records the turntable doesn’t go round. As a result she was disappointed and has to now return the item . So not very happy all round .

Great value for money
I bought this as a gift for my dad’s birthday and he loves it. As it comes in a little suitcase, you can take it anywhere with you which is really convenient.

Hello Oristalla,
Yes, the Bush Classic Record Player Black, can technically be used without a slipmat, but using one is recommended to protect your records and improve sound quality.

Yes, this product has RCA Stereo L and R outputs at the rear. you will need to buy a separate RCA male-to male cable and make sure your speakers have the same RCA L and R Connection as this record player. Most mid-range powered otherwise known as active speakers will have a built in RCA L and R connection. Unfortunately, since this record player does not have Bluetooth, you wont be able to connect to speakers using Bluetooth, only through a RCA cable male.
