Sound quality
Not the greatest of sounds - might work better with external speakers - but good enough for my needs and very very reasonably priced.

Good but not great
Sadly not the greatest record player. Sound is good, it's compact and portable. The one downside is that it doesn't play records to the end if it's a long song or an album.

Excellent Value.
Picked this up when my old record player died with intention of getting something better once I had more money but so pleased with it its for keeps!!. Sounded better than I thought it would through its speakers but hook it up to a decent external speaker and the sound is brilliant. Bargain at 30 quid.

Good value for price
Super value for price paid. Sound is a bit tinny but plays my 60s and 70s LPs fine.

Good all round budget product.
Good basic product. Not one for the hi-fi enthusiasts, I suspect, but great for moving around the house and listening to vinyl.

Hello, I can advise that the stylus that is supplied with this Bush Classic Retro Belt-Drive Stereo Record Player - Black is suitable for 78s. Thank you for using Bush Q & A.
Yes, this product has RCA Stereo L and R outputs at the rear. you will need to buy a separate RCA male-to male cable and make sure your speakers have the same RCA L and R Connection as this record player. Most mid-range powered otherwise known as active speakers will have a built in RCA L and R connection. Unfortunately, since this record player does not have Bluetooth, you wont be able to connect to speakers using Bluetooth, only through a RCA cable male.

Hello there.
The supplier has advised the following for the Bush Classic Turntable - Grey
For the Bush Classic Turntable, the size of the slipmat you need will depend on the specific turntable model and the type of records you are using.
Cork slipmats are excellent for reducing static and improving sound quality, but they may not grip records as well as rubber mats.
Rubber slipmats provide better grip and dampening, making them ideal for audiophiles seeking improved sound quality.
Acrylic slipmats offer a neutral sound and can replace a turntable platter altogether for a sleek look.
