Clearer sound with base but volume still low
Clearer volume but no amplification. Still struggling with low volume

Good value and sound
Overall I’m very happy with my BOSE soundbar, easy to set up and install. Good sound, and good value. Being picky, there’s not as much bass as I’d hoped. If you like more bass you’d probably be better off with a stand alone Subwoofer set up.

Excellent service
I had not realised that this sound bar would be available from Argos, until I did an Internet search. It was available for collection within 24 hours, at a price which was the same as the lowest quoted online for this item. It was well packaged, easy to set up, and has significantly improved the same quality on our wall mounted 32 inch Samsung TV.

Not what you'd expect from bose
Bought as had great reviews however I cant work out why . Reviews say it can be connected to the bose app however It cannot be connected via the app as I tried for 2 hrs and the app does not recognise this soundbar the bass module is linkable but it has to hard wired via a 3.5 mm jack plug lead and again bass is only alterable via the remote button and it doesn't make hardly any difference. It only has 3 levels of bass low medium and high with not much difference between them to be honest and it hardly touches the woofer which is a shame . It has couple of preset sound options aswell but again not worth the difference they make . Overall it does what it says as it does improve the sound of your TV but sound wise for bose this really isnt there best ,and if your on a budget thier are better for the same price but in my opinion its really not worth youre hard earned cash . Returned after 2 days for a refund .

Great speaker for TV.
I bought this speaker to enhance dialogue on the television programmes. Since set up I'm happy with the performance and no longer have to keep adjusting the volume on different channels. I had difficulty getting a connection with a HDMI cable ( I made sure it was in the correct port as instructed) and eventually made a connection using the audio optical cable provided. This means I cannot use the volume control on the TV remote, but at least the speaker is doing what I wanted. I don't like the speaker remote control as it is black with black buttons which makes it difficult to see what function is on the button.

Bose Soundbar
Excellent sound. The soundbar produces strong bass, giving quality sound. The soundboard also has an excellent vocal pickup, separating the background music/noise and speech.

What a revelation!
Disappointed with the sound from our new TV I bought this Bose TV Speaker just before Christmas. What a revelation! Fit's very neatly under the TV and has transformed the sound, for 'mumbling' speech in films there is a feature to improve speech frequencies which works really well. Overall really pleased with it!
