The old ironing board cover was a bit scruffy so l thought I’d treat myself to an early Christmas present! Living the dream. Anyway it was the right sort of size but had to be tied underneath with a string to make it fit. But better than the old one. Gracious living, if you can take the irony!

Look carefully
I made the mistake of thinking I’d ordered an ironing board when if I’d have looked carefully I’d have realised it was only the cover. The assistant did point out I would still need the cover even when I bought the actual ironing board. I once did an online shop and they delivered one banana!!😂🤣 which shows you what I’m like with technology
