Absolutely shocking!
Used it less than a month and found that it doesn't boil water, way too cold for tea! Then the measures were well short! You also have to use bottled water as it's essentially a kettle and the taste if chlorine is an issue. Then small white particles started floating in the cup. Also the noise it made towards the end was unacceptable! I'm a quality engineer so researched all their models, but unfortunately they all possessed the same basic principles! Do not buy unless you want the above! From one very unhappy customer! Shocking!

I can confirm that the appliance does bring water to boiling point (100°C) internally during operation. However, due to heat loss during dispensing, the temperature of the water measured approximately 10mm from the nozzle is typically around 95°C to 98°C.I hope this helps.

Dimension-wise a pan should fit easily as without the drip tray the height up to the nozzle is 16 cm. However, it may not be very easy to fill it since every time you press the start button, the machine will dispense one glass of water (about 250 ml). Thus, you may have to press the button a few times to fill the pan

This model does not have variable amount feature and it will dispense 250 ml of water but you can stop at any time! So, if you need less water, you can press stop button and have less amount of water.

The measurement is 14.3cm but you can also get more room by removing the drip tray which is magnetic and the space is then 16cm which should be fine for a travel mug.
