Parts missing
Critical parts missing and apparently not available to be reordered. We’ll need to find something elsewhere or be left with a worthless bed.

Beautiful and super storage
Got this bed as an upgrade and took longer to put together than planned but the result was worth it. It’s sleek and beautiful design, fantastic support for the mattress plus the storage is vast! So much better than just shoving things under the bed, you can actually see what’s there and you can fit a lot more than you realise.

Great quality, well made and stylish
Very pleased with this bed - stylish good quality with very sturdy mechanism for the storage feature. Very happy with it. Looks great and we put a fab Jaybee mattress with it which works a treat.

Faulty product - no repair for 2 weeks!
Despite the bed looking lovely the bed was badly designed/faulty meaning it was not able to open nor use it as a bed. Argos was not able to repair or replace the product for a week. At which point no one arrived in the time slot, meaning a replacement could not be delivered for another week! A poor overall experience in terms of both product and service unfortunately.
