Defective product – very disappointing experience
Very disappointed. The machine was faulty straight out of the box and did not work as expected. Instead of enjoying a brand-new product, I had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and contacting customer support. For a product at this price, this level of quality control is unacceptable. I expected much better from Ninja. I am currently in the process of returning or replacing the item, which has only added more frustration and wasted time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Hello there, The suppliers of the Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drink Maker advise that the liquid must contain sugar. The more information at the bottom does also advise that it is possible to freeze lemonade which implies that carbonated drinks can also be frozen. I hope this helps.
