Petface Seatbelt Clip could be used for a cat. It must only be used in conjunction with a full pet harness. Do not use with a conventional collar. The car seatbelt clip aids restraint only. It does not offer protection in the event of a crash.

Yes, I would think so, it is just a normal seatbelt fitting, clicks in and stops the alarm activating if dog is in passenger seat.
