Unless your cocker spaniel is unusually small, this snuggle donut is likely to be too small.
As cocker spaniels are usually about 60 - 75 cm long, I would advise you to choose a larger pet bed. You'll find some here:

The King Pets Grey Snuggle Donut is 50 cm x 50 cm x 20 cm so if your French Bulldog is smaller than 50 cm long and 20 cm wide he/she will fit.

Personally, I would say that the outside of the bed is blue. I would say slightly lighter/duller than the blue in the photo. I wouldn't say it's grey (even thought it does state grey).
The inside of the bed is a light grey.
If you're concerned about the colour, make a reservation and when you go to collect the bed, ask to have a look at it before buying it. My local Argos was very helpful when I collected mine.
