Best purchase! My favourite SHARK/NINJA product!
I bought this product a month ago and it is by far the best product I have purchased, it does an immaculate job at hoovering my home. It picks up everything really well, gets in the corners and crevices and can avoid and sense objects and wires to not get tangled or knocked. Great purchase! If you are thinking of getting it, GET IT

Matrix robo
Its is good machine to vaccum, But it didnt tackles hairs on its own , they get stuck in its roller, and also when you give command to mop a specific room ,it goes into another corner and starts taking circles there untill unless you manually brought the robo to that specific room , overall it is not worth of it costs.

Very nice
We are very happy with our new robot vacuum, it does a good job and was straightforward to connect to our wi-Fi

Pleased so far..
Not had long enough, but happy so far. Doesn't like a thick rug, but does the hard floors ok. Not used mop function yet so can't comment on that. Pleased I don't have to physically hoover anymore!

Super carpet cleaner
I have been really pleased so far with our Shark Matrix. I struggled with the set up as it suggested doing it near the Wi-Fi router (which is downstairs) and we wanted to set it up to vacuum upstairs. A young gentleman who worked at Shark Ninja guided me through the process once I realised I was doing it wrong and also made a diary note to call me a few hours later following a full charge and test with ‘Bubbles’ as our matrix is now called. I really do like the matrix clean concept - i am convinced it does a better job on our carpets than Patsy our last vacuum as a result of this. However I do miss not being able to just carry it to a room and set it off with the door shut (from what i can gather you have to use the app) and I do miss not seeing it track Bubbles like others do. I would prefer a model that doesn’t include the mop - as we use Bubbles for carpet cleaning this is an addition that we could do without but it seems more and more you can only get a robot that does both! It was disappointing that I can’t order new filters from Shark at the moment as well. But all in all for the important bit of carpet vacuuming we are so far very pleased with Bubbles.

Review of shark matrix plus 2-in-1 robot
Could not get past setup on tablet just in constant loop, had to reload onto phone the set up everything again now it seems to do its job cleaning the floors. Have to remember to shut outside doors because it tries to escape.

A good purchase
Simple to set up, appears to vacuum well and quiet enough to have going in the middle of the night. If I have criticism it would be cancelling schedules could be easier

Brilliant
Brilliant. Picks up dog hair no tangles. Might need to map area a few times if you have obstacles.
Aaaa
Not up to ninja standards
Unfortunately it didn't really pick up bits.. Just dust. Would have returned if I'd kept packaging etc.

No, the Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Robot is designed to avoid carpets and rugs while in mopping mode. If you've set up Carpet Zones on your robot's map, it will automatically steer clear of those areas during mopping. If a carpet or rug is blocking access to another room, you may need to temporarily move it to allow the robot to reach and clean that area while mopping.
The Shark Matrix is a battery powered robot vacuum, so it isn’t rated by high wattage like corded models. It uses a 14.4V lithium‑ion battery, with charging power typically around 30 to 50 watts, and is designed for efficient everyday cleaning rather than high power output.
Yes, you can schedule your Matrix Plus Robot to clean on specific days and times using the app. Simply select “Schedule” from the home screen or menu, then choose the days and times that suit you. You can also set different schedules for mopping and vacuuming, and adjust these at any time as your needs change.
The Matrix robot can be set up and controlled using your phone’s hotspot, with a few important things to keep in mind. You can use the hotspot to connect the Matrix to the SharkClean app for the initial Explore Run, which takes around 20–30 minutes and allows it to map your home. However, for ongoing use, the robot does need a consistent Wi‑Fi connection to access features like scheduled cleans and app controls, as these are managed through the app rather than stored on the robot itself. It’s also worth noting that the Matrix can only generate and save one floor map at a time, making it best suited for single‑floor use. For the best overall experience, we recommend connecting it to a stable home Wi‑Fi network when possible.
The Shark Matrix Plus does not hover and mop at the same time, and you need to switch between modes.
No, you can start a clean without WiFi. Press Clean on the robot to begin; the app is optional. App features like scheduling, mapping and carpet or no-go zones need WiFi and the SharkClean app.
Yes, the Matrix Plus 2-in-1 robot will be able to navigate over lips dividers/thresholds of maximum 1 inch (2.54 cm) in height.
No, the RV2620WDUKWH does not include a self empty base; you empty the robot’s dustbin manually.
Yes, it is safe for LVT as long as the floor is fully sealed and the manufacturer permits wet cleaning. Use Vac and Mop on hard floors only and set Carpet Zones in the app so the robot does not cross onto rugs or carpeted areas during a mop run. To avoid scratching, test a small area first, keep the mopping pad clean and free of grit, and periodically clean the wheels and sensors.
It will not fall down stairs. The robot uses cliff sensors to detect drops. Keep any runners or rugs at least 20 cm back from the edge, and set a no go zone along the staircase in the app as an extra safeguard.
