Great Robot
Really pleased with how this performs ! Great hoover , great mop ,never gets stuck like my old one ! Battery life great the best robot hoover I’ve had ! ‘The Meg ‘ shes named lol says it all !

Quite disappointed
Had my robo mop for a.couple of.mo the now and the shine has gone. Had to.re-map.twice. can't get the rooms.right! It cannot cope with a slightly shaggy rug, the side brush gets tangled. The side brush also manages to.wrap around curtains. You cannot set the no.go.area for.the rug as it requires is far too large. You have to keep it on charge all.the time. If you switch it off over night it is completely flat by the morning, and you have to wait until mod afternoon for a full charge. The mop.function floods the floor and my laminate is starting to blow already (even on the lower flow option). Seems to be running out of water quicker. I have found an old paint brush is handy to brush the debry from the bin and filter each time you empty. Constantly cleaning it. I love shark so was hoping this handy bit of tech would be a bit better refined.

Shark Robot vacuum
This Robot vacuum is amazing. Best thing I have bought in years! Setting it up was straightforward. It picks up the hair/dust really well. It has saved me a lot of time. I’m delighted!

Had to return item
We went through the mapping phase, but then the device said error (no message number) I went through trouble shooting cleaning all the sensors and even performing a full factory reset but the device again said error so had to return.

A great product
A wonderful way to clean floors - in both vacuum and mop mode . I still need to get it to do all the rooms in one go , but I think that’s something I need to do again ! ( it can map out the ground floor completely ) . It also can connect to Alexa ( again I need to sort that out !!) Easy to empty and clean !!
