It's designed for riders aged 5 years and over with an inside leg of 18-23 inches, with 16-inch wheels that're right for this learning stage. The bike includes removable stabilisers so children can advance when they're ready. Padded handlebars with BMX grips offer comfortable control, whilst front calliper and rear band brakes provide reliable stopping power for smaller hands. The single-speed drivetrain keeps things simple and focused on building balance. Motocross-style fenders and saddle add a stylish touch that'll appeal to young riders.

Poor quality
This bike is pretty bad. The front brake is weak and poorly mounted. To brake the back wheel you have to pedal backwards, which is a bad habit to get kids into. There is no way to change the height of the saddle, so kids will grow out of it quickly. It doesn’t steer very well. Stabilisers are fairly easy to get of and on. My son likes the look of it.

The supplier has advised for the Hyper 16-inch Wheel Size Kids Beginner Bike: The seat is not height adjustable on the Motobike, it is however elongated so the child can sit forwards and backwards.

Kids bikes are measured by the size of the wheels, in this case 16 inches.
You'd need to measure the leg inseam of the child, it's designed for kids with an inside leg between 18-23 inches.
