About this product
Boil water fast with the Kenwood ZJP30.000GN Dusk Kettle, featuring a 1.7l capacity and powerful 3000W performance. The concealed heating element controls limescale and simplifies cleaning, while the removable filter catches particles. A clear water window shows the level, and boil-dry protection switches off the kettle if empty. The pull-off lid and 360-degree base allow easy filling and placement from any angle, with red illumination indicating operation.
It's light enough to handle comfortably at 2kg when empty and fits neatly on your worktop with the 0.75m cable tucked away in the base. The olive finish brings a natural, calming look to your kitchen without fuss. You'll get a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee for complete peace of mind.

Plastic Taste
Lovely looking great capacity kettle. 2 weeks in and despite boiling it, cleaning it, boiling it more, cleaning it more the taste of plastic is so bad I have given up brews. As has my son. Only my husband can tolerate it. Wish I had replaced my previous stainless steel kettle for another similar one rather than being tempted with this nice looking but totally impractical for purpose kettle.

Very disappointing purchase.
I bought this a week ago and from the start there was a plastic taste to the water. As instructed we had boiled the kettle several times. The taste persisted and so we tried clearing it with baking soda and lemon juice. After the kettle had been boiled over 30 times the taste remained and so we returned the kettle and got a refund. Very disappointing. I've given one star as it matched the colours in the kitchen. We will not buy a plastic kettle again.

Outstanding
Bought this about a month ago and all is good. This is our second Kenwood kettle and if it's anything like as good as it's predecessor I will be more than happy. Website easy to navigate, a good price for an outstanding item and a quick and easy collection - what more could I ask for!

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this kettle, cannot get rid of the smell and the taste it leaves in tea. Having to return it which is disappointing as I bought the toaster to match.

Not like photos
Good size kettle, boils quietly enough & easy to use. However, the green trim is cheap looking in comparison to the nice muted olive colour. Debated returning it but it works well.
