Great Office Chair
20 years ago I brought a chair exactly like this. The only difference was the metal base was half the thickness on the new chair. Everything else, including how it went together was the same. I fully expect this new chair to last 2 decades too given how well its built. The old chairs arms were not leather and were the first to go, this new chair feels the same, Leather seat and back rest but faux leather arms. The only change I would suggest to the manufacturer is make the arms leather too. This is a well built office chair, great as a gaming chair, should last 10+ years easily.

Great office chair
I bought this to replace an office chair I had for a few years. It's very comfortable and seems sturdy and well made. I wanted to avoid faux leather since my last one was split and cracked in many places. Hopefully this one will last much better! I tightened up all screws when I put it together but after a few days it started to squeak a bit. I realised that I had to re-tighten several of the screws. After the second tightening it seems completely fine. If yours starts squeaking then make sure to go around and tighten the screws again. Very comfortable even after sitting in it for a few hours.

Hello there. The Habitat Leather Faced Office Chair has a seat pad that is leather and the cushioning on the back of the seat is also leather. The main chair material underneath this, is faux leather. Hope this helps.

Hi. Sitting in the chair as I type and the answer is no. It reclines with the body (is high enough to comfortably support your head) but doesn't lock in to that position.

No fully lock it but once set to the height it will only move again if you pull on the adjustment handle.

Thanks for your query about the Leather Faced Ergonomic Office Chair - Black.
The assembly instructions list no maximum user height, only a maximum weight: weight tested for user up to 110kg. The seat height can be adjusted to allow for a longer leg length, from 47cm to 56.5cm. The back of the seat is fixed and cannot be adjusted though so, though it would depend on how you choose to sit in the chair, it won't be as far up your back/neck as for a shorter person.
Absolutely. I'm 5ft 2inch the chair makes me look like Ronnie Corbett.
I'm not sure the back measures 26 inches from the inside from the seat and the seat is about 21 inches wide
I would say no - I'm 5' 8" and it's ideal but won't go any higher.
