Bought this a month or so back to help ease my tennis elbow, and it has been very successful!....... Note that there is just one gel pack in the box, it just has a red side and a blue side!

Great for dog post op knee operation
I bought this a month ago for my dog who had a knee operation and required heat therapy. It was so quick and easy to use. Perfect for what it was needed for.

Dissapointing
I’ve been using this as a cold pack and the instructions advise you to place it in the freezer for a few hours. Unfortunately it only stays cold for 30/40mins regardless of how long you’ve kept it in the freezer for which isn’t ideal. I bought this to relieve pain however for the duration it lasts for, it really isn’t practical.

1 is included in each pack and to reuse time and time again, simply use boiling water to heat or pop in the freezer to cool. Please note it is red on one side and blue on the other.
