The measurements are wrong. As I just bought this stool and the measurements are completely different.
Measurements are H22cm W25.5 L32cm
In storage D4.5 W32 L35cm. I will be taking it back, as the height is way to low.

It has eight small grippy rubber feet and is otherwise all plastic, with no metal hinges or clips to rust, so in a shower tray, yes, but not in a bath unless you are careful to stand it completely flat. Someone in my family used it in a bath shower, and a leg broke off because it was unstable on the curved bottom.
