Miele Guard L1 Allergy Bagged Cylinder Corded Vacuum Cleaner

Just as expected

Bought a couple of weeks ago as as expected from Miele excellent suction, leading to great cleaning. Loving the look of the new cylinder vacumn. Can't believe I deserted them for a couple of years.

Fantastic, powerful, versatile and even stylish!

Fantastic compact vacuum cleaner that even looks stylish! I do normally prefer upright vacuum cleaners but I am very impressed with this vacuum and am happy to convert to this style now as it is lovely and compact, powerful, lightweight to carry and so easy to manoeuvre around. The different power modes are fantastic, I have used it on hard floor, carpets, sofas, curtains and rugs and the suction is powerful on all and can be easily changed by using the foot switches. its great that it has a soft bumper to protect walls and doorways to prevent damage to them. All of the accessories are neatly stored within the vacuum which not only makes it super easy to store it also means they can't get lost easily and are always to hand when needed. The adjustable handle height is a great feature, it is also quieter than other vacuum cleaners I have had before. Overall this is a fantastic versatile and powerful little vacuum cleaner that ticks all the boxes and does a great job of cleaning all surfaces. I m very happy with it.

I was so wrong!!!!

I love this vacuum cleaner! To be honest when I first opened the box I thought it was going to be like most bag cleaners, decent suction but nothing special. I was so wrong! The suction on this is amazing! Much stronger than my other corded vacuum with a well known name, not sure if I am allowed to say it on here (but it’s a sea creature with a pointy fin 😂). The Miele is so compact, which makes how powerful it is so surprising. The small storage compartment for the attachments is perfect as I am always losing these. It has different settings for wooden and carpeted floors and another for upholstery. The wire retraction button is fast and powerful. I love this little Miele vacuum and I am definitely a convert to this brand! Next challenge ahead for it is my messy car which is always full of kids.

Amazing

I am so happy i got this hoover i usually go for a cordless hoover as i hate having to unplug then to move around the house but this one is undoubtedly the best hoove i have had the cord is super long so i can move around the house easily its super strong and pulls all the hair out of the carpet the head itself comverts into a handheld pipe without having to keep track of the extra heads i really would recommend this hoover to everyone i wont buy anything else now

Love this vacuum cleaner.

If you’re looking for a new vacuum look no further. This is the best vacuum I have used. Everything about it is first class. Its design makes it so easy to use with simple button press to remove the brush head, a great idea especially for disabled people like myself, as I struggle to remove the brushes from other cleaners. This model has as added filter to help protect against allergies, excellent for anyone who suffers from allergic conditions. The cable is an easy push button retraction too and of a great length. However impressive this sounds so far, its in the power of the suction that this vacuum truly excels. It has four settings, again easily selected by a push button. Without doubt it is easily the most powerful vacuum I have used, and I have bought a lot. This vacuum is capable of picking up everyday dust and particles at its lowest setting, which is excellent again for anyone with a disability as it isn’t so hard to push. It has the potential to pick up anything across its four power settings, leaving everything spotless. The cost of this vacuum is superb compared against other more expensive products. There is a 2 year guarantee with this vacuum plus there is the offer of a free pack of hoover bags too. I honestly cannot find any fault with this vacuum and would advice anyone on the lookout for a new vacuum to use Miele.

My Miele Guard L1 is brilliant 🤩

I’ve been using the Mirle Guard L1 for a few weeks now and honestly, I’m really impressed. This vacuum is brill – it’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the suction is seriously powerful. It picked up dust and pet hair that my old vacuum just couldn’t touch. The design is sleek and modern, and it’s not overly bulky, which makes storage a breeze. I’ve mainly used it on carpets and hard floors, and it handles both really well without needing to switch settings constantly. The bin is easy to empty and doesn’t make a mess, which is a huge plus.

Powerful and accessible Vacuum Cleaner

Our household moved away from bagged and corded vacuum cleans years ago because power restrictions in the EU made them poor. This however has great suction and a great height adjustable handle great for short and tall alike. Going back to a bordered version wasn’t as much of a hassle as we thought it would be either. Replacement bags are a little price y but the added filters and associated feature make this great for families with allergies. But best of all by far is no more anti hair bars clogged with hair requiring manual intervention for that alone it’s worth it! Excellent Vacuum a little pricey but it’s worth it as it does what it needs to with ease.

Somethings Good, Somethings not so good.

I didn't do enough research and did not realise this model has no controls on the handle. It is a good strong choice for hard floors but as it has no motorised head even on a low suction setting it is difficult to use on carpet.

Powerful, sleek, and lightweight

The miele guard vacuum has certainly exceeded my expectations. It's a powerful and lightweight vacuum cleaner that is suitable for all surfaces. It includes a dusting brush, crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, and combination floor nozzle. It's so easy to switch from flooring to carpets. It is much easier to vacuum flooring than it is carpets, but the power can be adjusted. My carpets look super clean, plus it picks up hairs, which is a bonus! I'm an allergy sufferer, so this vacuum is perfect. It has a HEPA filter, which means that all small particles and pet dander are trapped. It comes with a bag, plus a voucher to order extra bags! The power cord is generously long at 8.5m and there is also a foot operated cord rewind. To sum up, it's a powerful and quiet vacuum cleaner and I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Miele product!

This Miele hoover did not disappoint and is extremely powerful compared to my current cordless hoover. It is easy to manoeuvre and has a retractable power lead too. Very easy to use but a very powerful hoover. Hoover head comes off with ease so you can hoover stairs, sofa etc. You can change the settings from hoovering your carpet and hard floors and you can really see the hoover picking up every grain of dirt. 100% recommend.
