Diffucult to maneovre on rugs.

States it moves easily on both hard and carpeted floor, however, I found it very difficult to manoeuvre on rugs. Couldn't turn suction down to a suitable level.

Excellent vacuum cleaner, I used it on my expensive mattress, sofa, curtains, hard floors - the attachments are all very easily stored and the handle to brush adapter is an excellent idea. It’s easy to extend, click and push or click and pull. It’s surprisingly quiet, but powerful, and obviously the hepa filter takes in and keeps the particles from floating around in the air. I’ve moved away from Dyson and think I’ll stay with Miele provided it’s reliable (unlike my old Dyson)

Just as expected

Bought a couple of weeks ago as as expected from Miele excellent suction, leading to great cleaning. Loving the look of the new cylinder vacumn. Can't believe I deserted them for a couple of years.

Fantastic, powerful, versatile and even stylish!

Fantastic compact vacuum cleaner that even looks stylish! I do normally prefer upright vacuum cleaners but I am very impressed with this vacuum and am happy to convert to this style now as it is lovely and compact, powerful, lightweight to carry and so easy to manoeuvre around. The different power modes are fantastic, I have used it on hard floor, carpets, sofas, curtains and rugs and the suction is powerful on all and can be easily changed by using the foot switches. its great that it has a soft bumper to protect walls and doorways to prevent damage to them. All of the accessories are neatly stored within the vacuum which not only makes it super easy to store it also means they can't get lost easily and are always to hand when needed. The adjustable handle height is a great feature, it is also quieter than other vacuum cleaners I have had before. Overall this is a fantastic versatile and powerful little vacuum cleaner that ticks all the boxes and does a great job of cleaning all surfaces. I m very happy with it.

I was so wrong!!!!

I love this vacuum cleaner! To be honest when I first opened the box I thought it was going to be like most bag cleaners, decent suction but nothing special. I was so wrong! The suction on this is amazing! Much stronger than my other corded vacuum with a well known name, not sure if I am allowed to say it on here (but it’s a sea creature with a pointy fin 😂). The Miele is so compact, which makes how powerful it is so surprising. The small storage compartment for the attachments is perfect as I am always losing these. It has different settings for wooden and carpeted floors and another for upholstery. The wire retraction button is fast and powerful. I love this little Miele vacuum and I am definitely a convert to this brand! Next challenge ahead for it is my messy car which is always full of kids.

Amazing

I am so happy i got this hoover i usually go for a cordless hoover as i hate having to unplug then to move around the house but this one is undoubtedly the best hoove i have had the cord is super long so i can move around the house easily its super strong and pulls all the hair out of the carpet the head itself comverts into a handheld pipe without having to keep track of the extra heads i really would recommend this hoover to everyone i wont buy anything else now

If you’re looking for a new vacuum look no further. This is the best vacuum I have used. Everything about it is first class. Its design makes it so easy to use with simple button press to remove the brush head, a great idea especially for disabled people like myself, as I struggle to remove the brushes from other cleaners. This model has as added filter to help protect against allergies, excellent for anyone who suffers from allergic conditions. The cable is an easy push button retraction too and of a great length. However impressive this sounds so far, its in the power of the suction that this vacuum truly excels. It has four settings, again easily selected by a push button. Without doubt it is easily the most powerful vacuum I have used, and I have bought a lot. This vacuum is capable of picking up everyday dust and particles at its lowest setting, which is excellent again for anyone with a disability as it isn’t so hard to push. It has the potential to pick up anything across its four power settings, leaving everything spotless. The cost of this vacuum is superb compared against other more expensive products. There is a 2 year guarantee with this vacuum plus there is the offer of a free pack of hoover bags too. I honestly cannot find any fault with this vacuum and would advice anyone on the lookout for a new vacuum to use Miele.
