About this product
Johnstone's Quick Dry Primer Undercoat is suitable for use on interior and exterior bare timber and masonry surfaces. It is a water based paint, with at non - yellowing, low odour formulation and is easy to apply for interior use with coverage of 13m2 per tin. Perfectly primes bare wood and previously painted wood and metal surfaces.

Quick drying paint.
Never used quick drying paint before, but needed to now as it's supposed to be winter,!!! And having a new kitchen fitted shortly, and have to say it's the best paint I've ever used, honestly. Brilliant.

Great price and packaging.
Came in better condition than the one packaged from Amazon, that one was dented, leaked, they even had the nerve to put cling film over it! Argos came up trumps and cheaper too. I've not had chance to use it yet, but will soon.

I’ve never had issues with Johnstone so was not a concern when choosing an undercoat.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Johnstone's Quick Dry Primer Undercoat 1.25L Brilliant White: I can tell you that the paint can be used on radiators
However, do not use on copper pipe as they can turn green
Radiators must be turned off until paint is fully dry
