The mattress topper has gel infused beads to help regulate temperature and help you get a good night's sleep during those hot uncomfortable summer nights. I already have smaller version on the single bed I use when on call so decided to buy the double bed option to replace our double bed one from many years ago. Not sure where that was from but it was no longer a memory foam topper more like a squashed flat sheet. I do like the unusual egg box styling on the side we lie on. It works so well on the single version & the same is on this double. I do wish it came with a removable cover though, like my original one did. . Helps with my aching back.

Its definitely can! I purchased a king size. Had it on my bed for a year or so. Then got a new bed so my son had it. Hes only got a double bed so I can it to size and its been fine.
