Less pain & hot flushes!!!
Ive been using this topper for a week now and the difference in my sleep quality is amazing. I usually frequently wake up through the night because of the pain from hip and back issues and hot flushes. It really has made such a difference .

Very comfy, but not cooling in this heatwave.
Just rolled it out on the bed. Covered with fitted sheet and in the middle of a heatwave, I didn't feel the slightest cooler, but it's comfortable. There's meant to be gel beads, but I can't see them!
