Smooth , powerful and reliable

Easy to use and works perfectly.
It was a exchange shop, as we got a used Tefal freemove iron. We had to decide quickly as the shop assistant was annoyed that we want a refund. My husband chose it and we are quite happy with it. Works fine and no problem till now. We've always used Tefal but this time Bush is doing a great job in our household.

Good iron
It is a good iron but you can only iron forward and back if you use it to go to the side it leaves creases that you then have to iron out. Love that I can take out the water container mid iron

Do not buy!
I am so disappointed in this steam iron as all it did was release water everywhere, the items of clothings were soaked and had to return asap.

It's a bit leaky
I bought last minute for the holiday ironing. Big mistake as it leaked that much water on the clothes I had to wash them again due the water marks.

Hello, from the information we have available, yes you can use tap water in this Bush EB2480 Steam Station. However if you are in a hard water area, the manufacturer recommends using distilled or demineralized water instead. Thank you for using Bush Q&A.
