Well made
I bought this to replace a vacuum cleaner which broke under warranty and I did not wish to replace with the same poor quality. I chose this one because I used to have one before which lasted for ages because it was so well made. This one looks up to the task and has been great so far - easy to use and store and a voucher for a free pack of bags was very welcome! I’m glad I chose this well-made model - the cheaper ones are just a false economy.

Good suction.
I always buy the cat and dog range. My last one was a C3. Personally I’m not as impressed with the M1 as the lead isn’t as long as the C3. But better than the C2.

This is my second Miele cat and dog vacuum, it’s the best vacuum I have ever had, and I have had quite a few in 40 years. I only got a new one because I gave my old one away even though it was working perfectly. Definately would recommend
