This silver heart necklace looked lovely in the photos but was very disappointing in reality. It did not shine at all and the chain looked very fragile. Returned to store without any problems.

I bought this for my niece for her Birthday really happy with the item, unfortunately was sadly let down with the presentation, when I went to pick it up all I was given was a little plastic bag with the item in, the chain had just been wrapped around the heart, upon asking if it came with a box as the picture shows I was told no as this is the way that they get sent, anyway the man behind the counter then had a look for the box and found one, I really think 1 it should be in the box and 2 should be a little more thoughtful with the way it’s presented

Lovely Pendant
This was a gift for a family member and the actual pendant is lovely but the chain is very thin so I bought a slightly thicker chain elsewhere which has done the trick. Disappointingly it came In a small wrapped up bag but I had the gift box from the chain that I bought so it worked out fine.
