My New Favourite Way To Train
I bought the 8kg version but should maybe have started with the 6kg version. I have been very careful though. I'm an older lady & wanted to tone & strengthen both my arms & core. The design is very different to anything I'm used to training with, it's more like holding a steering wheel than a weight. I love it. It gives you much more control, you are less likely to drop it. The exercises you can do are only limited by your own imagination. It's also so very easy to store. I have mine sat at the side of the sofa, so when adverts are on, I can sneak in a few reps of different exercises as well as when I'm working out. I intend to buy more of these but one is sufficient for now.
