Picture 3/6 shows the list of compatible printers with the Canon PG-545 & CL-546 Ink Cartridge - Black & Colour. Unfortunately the MG3600 printer is not listed.
This printer is compatible with Canon PG-540 Black + CL-541 Colour ink cartridges.

From the information we have available, regarding the following Canon PG-545 & CL-546 Ink Cartridge are not compatible with a Canon 2150 Printer.
The Canon 2150 Printer takes PGI-1500XL x 4 (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
