After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat Warm White LED Christmas Wreath of Lights:
The wreath is mains powered and comes with a transformer that must be positioned inside. You may need to use an extension cord if so choose one rated for outdoor use to connect the transformer to the wreath. Ensure the cord is long enough to reach from the transformer inside to the wreath outside.
Carefully route the extension cord from the transformer inside to the outside of the door. You can run the cord through a window or a small gap in the door frame. Use weatherproof cable clips or adhesive hooks to secure the cord along the door frame, ensuring it doesn't obstruct the door's movement.
