Poor accuracy
Went for a cycle and the heart rate monitoring was way off what my chest monitor was reporting. Then I had a terrible night's sleep but the watch reported that I was great. I returned it the next day. The watch itself is ok, not particularly responsive, about what I expected for the price. The phone software isn't very easy to use.

Have to Factory Reset every time Battery Runs Out
I was initially pleased with the watch. However every time the battery runs out I have to Reset to Factory Settings. I have completed all of the troubleshooting suggestions they give. Nothing helps, I will therefore be using it just as a watch / step counter. Part of the reason I purchased the watch was to receive text / Whattsapp / call notifications. Very disappointing.

Bought this smart watch a few weeks ago. It's easy to charge and does what I wanted. However the screen is small and not very bright. This makes the readings very difficult to read and the size of the print is disappointing.

Nice but not good for calorie counting
This is a nice tracker but it's very basic and the calorie counter is widely inaccurate. I've been out shopping for 4 hours and apparently I've burnt 67 calories - I'm barely alive. The battery life is great but if you want a tracker to help you with weight loss then this is not the one for you. FitBits are better but now that Google Health have taken them over most people are having software issues with them so don't buy one. That is why I bought this one but disappointed that the calorie counter is useless.
