OK but very basic and not well thought through
OK for the price. It is larger than our current box which is helpful but it doesn't have the robust quality of our older box. It is harder to take the top and door off with the cat inside which we tend to do at the vet to allow the cat to be examined in a familiar setting. It also doesn't have the slots for the seatbelt to keep the box secure in the car. I would look for a different design next time.

I brought this pet carrier for my cat and it’s good value for the money I like that it has extra support in the way of screws and bolts but could make it difficult when getting pet in and out of carrier

I bought this 2 weeks ago for my large cat as other carriers weren't strong enough. The extra bolts add strength & peace of mind & the opening door is more stable. Previous cat carriers have fallen apart/door popped off leaving an opening for my cat to escape!!

Great carrier
I bought the smaller one of this a while ago for my kitten and have bought the bigger one now for my older cat. Very impressed with the quality and like that there are screws in to hold the carrier together instead of just the clips. Very easy to assemble too. The only downside I would say is the label is a bit of a pain to get off the top

It is primarily intended for airline travel and general pet transport. For car travel, we recommend placing the carrier on a flat, stable surface and securing it with a harness or additional straps if needed.

Yes you have to lift the top a little to remove the gate.

Incorrect. Yes you can add a strap for carrying there is provision for it at the front and rear of the top part.

Maybe could accommodate 2 small kittens but better for only one medium to large sized cat. I like this carrier as it has screws which keeps it very solid and the vet likes it as they can access it from above as well as the front!
Which is better if your cat gets stressed and lashes out with either nails or teeth...
