Nice looking sturdy bed.
A really nice looking bed which is nice and sturdy. It was a bit awkward to put together at times but worth it. The colour is lovely and it looks really nice in a kids bedroom with a fluffy rug and cute bedding. It was a little on the low side but still happy with it.

I bought this green bed-frame so that our grand daughter could come and stay with us. Quite easy to put together, but do read the instructions....I didn't, and I got it wrong at the first attempt! She loves it - so we are all more than happy. The finished product just as useful for an adult, as a child. Solid, Very stable, and good value for money.

"Distance of support leg inset into the bed is approximately 16cm." (So the middle support legs are both set 16cm in from the outside edges of the bed).

"Children aged from approx. 18 months up to 4 years are recommended to be in toddler beds, and children 4years+ can sleep in āshortyā or kids-compliant single beds." This is because of safety considerations when children are younger, such as gaps posing entrapment risks.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Charlie Single Metal Bed Frame - White: It is not recommended to keep another mattress underneath the bed. The gap between the middle support legs is also not wide enough for a standard single mattress to fit between.
