Our supplier has advised that the LeapFrog 2 in 1 Laptop Touch is localised to each country and therefore the Z would be pronounced UK style.

The LeapFrog 2 in 1 Laptop Touch does not come with or require a charger. It does however require 3 x AA (included) plus batteries which will need to be changed once they run out.
The laptop is also recommended for 2 years and over. Please be aware it does recommend direct adult supervision also.
