How do you review two lumps of metal? I mean, they don't smell special, and they're cold to the touch. They just sit there... like two lumps of metal. But what I will say is that when I put them on a bar and use them for bicep curls, my arms definitely got bigger. Oh, the paint finish is good, if that counts. Buy them, but you have to lift them often to make them work.
