Rusting after a month
I purchased two of these sets and Rust spots are already showing on metal frame, when un stacking chairs they collect water inside, on taking a chair from the stack, rusty water has now stained my Indian stone patio. I have spoken to customer service about returning and they say they have arranged a collection for a refund but I haven’t received an email to confirm, so not very confident they will collect!

The chairs fill with water then leak rusty water when someone sits on the chair. Awful. Will be returning the product.

Bought it under 3 weeks ago. It was rained here twice. The chairs full with water, goes rusty then runs down the back of tour legs when you sit down. Welds are foing rusty.

The table and chairs are the perfect size! It looks lovely and very modern! Only issue is that water somehow gets into the chairs, when I went to move them inside rusty water went all over my dress! Can't imagine they'll last too long if they're leaking rusty water when they're still wrapped in the packaging.. hey ho..

Good Quality Patio Set
Good quality patio set, easy to assemble the table the chairs came ready made, shame there was not a base for the umbrella as it is too top heavy to just stand up on its own when put through the hole in the table. An option to add a base to the purchase at checkout would be really good.

The parasol pole is 38mm in diameter. Most bases with a larger opening and a tightening mechanism will work. You can browse our range here:
