Wrong size and can't be fitted.
Unfortunately I didn't realise that it could only be fitted to a bike without gears. The gear cog at the back widens the bike frame and because the bike rack is narrow means the rack can't be fitted to most bikes.

Good price and product
Bought this to allow a budget upgrade of my e-bike so that I could fit a small saddlebag to carry a spare battery. For the price it is very good quality. The instructions were good and all parts / bolts etc needed for fitting are included. In particular it has a nice range of arm adjustment which proved necessary for my set up. Very pleased.

Good for everyday use
Bought this a little while ago and don't have many complaints. It was easy enough to install and sturdy enough for everyday use. I've even used it on a week-long cycling trip with heavy bags attached and didn't really have any issues apart from having to tighten some screws halfway through the trip

I brought it 3 months back its well made easy to fit came with nuts & bolts & took 20 mins to fit it is a good carrier if you get saddle bags which I brought with this item for shopping

The Decathlon 100 Bike Pannier Rack (24"–28") is supplied with mounting screws, which are most likely M5, as this is the standard size for rack eyelets on many bikes. Thank you for using Q&A!

If your frame has the right eyelets and the rack arms can adjust to them, it should fit a 21″ XL bike. If your bag does not fit, you can always return the item and buy the correct one.
