Don't buy it
Looks nice, but pretty poor for the money. If you put the bread in portrait, the top 2cm doesn't brown, if you put it in landscape, (only 1 slice fits) it still doesn't brown evenly, and 1 side is darker than the other. Plan to return it. Why is it so hard to just buy a toaster that does what is supposed to?

Could be better
Whilst this toaster is long it doesn’t have the capacity to fit 2 slices easily. I use Morrisons bread & it’s a tight fit to get 2 slices in. The browning slide is clear and easy to use, but at times the top of the slice hasn’t been browned at all. So whilst I’m relatively happy with this product, I can’t really recommend it.

Great toaster
Really pleased with this toaster. It’s efficient and toasts really quickly. You can put slices in straight from the freezer too. I like the crumb tray, it’s a good feature. It is well designed and looks great.

Only 2 slice long toaster I could find. Excellent toaster and very stylish. It takes I pitta bread or sourdough, or 2 slices of ordinary bread. Wide enough for crumpets. Ideal for single person. Might buy matching kettle!

Problem fitting in bread
After getting home, tried a piece of bread, not as long as warbies, to toast, just had to bend it slightly, so warbies would be too wide, we didn’t toast it so can’t tell how the browning function was.

Russell Hobbs do two versions of this toaster - this long slot one, and one with regular, shorter slots. I think the dimensions for the slots given above are for the short-slot model.
Which says the dimensions of the slots for this version are
