Having purchased the BOSCH 06039D8170 1.5Ah Cordless Combi Drill - 18V it made sense to get the drill and bit set at the same time. The case is strong with all the bits neatly arranged inside it in holders so nothing is just loose but held in place in a good order. The price was very good for what you get.

The supplier has advised the following for the Bosch 34 Piece X-Line Classic Drill and Screwdriver Bit Set:
"Yes, the Bosch EasyImpact 600 Corded Hammer Drill is compatible with the Bosch 34 Piece X-Line Classic Drill and Screwdriver Bit Set, depending on the Operating Mode selected on the Hammer Drill and Drill bit selected when used in conjunction with the pressure sensitive trigger to vary the speed accordingly."
They have also added the following:
"For Impact drilling use the Masonry drill bits in the set and select the Impact function by turning the dial to ‘Impact drilling’, shown with as a Drill bit and ‘T’ shape hammer Symbol.
For drilling into steel use the Metal drill bits in the set and select the drilling function by turning the dial to ‘Drill’ shown with a Drill bit symbol.
For drilling into wood use the Wood drill bits in the set and select the drilling function by turning the dial to ‘Drill’ shown with a Drill bit symbol.
