The Habitat Brooklyn Double Bed Frame gives you that solid, well-made sleeping space where you and your partner can settle in for a good night's rest. It's made from solid wood with a fresh white painted finish that works with most bedroom styles. The strong clean lines give it a classic look that won't date. Pine slats support your mattress and let air circulate underneath, so everything stays fresh and comfortable. It fits a UK standard double size mattress, so there's plenty of room for couples or anyone who likes extra space to stretch out.
The wooden frame's built to last, made in Europe with attention to proper assembly. There's 22cm space underneath, so you can store things or hoove without any awkward manoeuvring. The slats are fixed in place and spread weight evenly across your mattress. It'll hold up to 220kg total user weight, so you've got lasting stability through years of use. Arrives flat-packed with two parcels, and two people are recommended for assembly. Covered by the manufacturer's two-year guarantee.

Awful!
I bought this bed for my daughter in October. Was a nightmare to put together and there was quite a few imperfections. After a few weeks the side of the bed started to slowly crack away and the side board completely fell through. I have contacted Argos and sent this bed back as it has been so poorly made. Argos customer services were very helpful but unfortunately if I could I would give this bed no stars! Awful!

I bought this about a month ago. The bed was delivered about 2 weeks later. It came flat pack and took a while to build. One wood panel was dented, hence the 4 star not 5. Overall, very happy with it.

Not impressed
If you want your stress levels to go up then assembling this bed frame is just the job. Poor construction with parts that don’t fit (ie headboard panel being too long so frame wouldn’t pull together). The fixing bolts are ridiculously hard to do up and the thing felt very unstable. To add the cherry on the top the mattress doesn’t fit into the bed frame in both length and width (standard double). Said on the box ‘made in Estonia’ must have small doubles over there!! What a waste of money, how are you Sutton know without opening it up an assembling. What a waste of money!!
