The Argos Home Salisbury Leather 4 Seater Sofa gives you a generous place to relax with family or welcome guests, built with a solid frame that's backed by a 10 year guarantee. It's upholstered in high-quality Italian leather that's soft to the touch and develops character as it ages. The leather shows natural creasing for a lived-in finish that suits traditional and contemporary rooms. Classical scroll arms add detail, while wide wooden feet lift the sofa off the floor for easy cleaning underneath. It seats four people comfortably, with enough space for everyone to settle in.
The seats use pocket sprung foam that provides supportive comfort and holds its shape through daily use. Fixed cushions with fibre filling maintain a neat appearance without constant rearranging. Wide wooden feet spread the weight evenly and keep the frame stable. The leather needs specialist cleaning to maintain its quality, and regular plumping keeps the cushions looking their best. Minimal assembly required, you just attach the feet. The 10 year frame guarantee covers manufacturing faults on the frame, feet, arms, internal springs and webbing.

Great Sofa!
Just got this sofa a couple of weeks ago to replace a 25 year old Natuzzi. Exactly the right size, very comfortable and great quality. Also a lovely smell of leather! Very pleased. I would say however this is more of a 3 seater than a 4. The seating area is exactly the same as the 3 seater it replaced.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: All the leather used is cow hide. The cow hide is thick so to use the entire hide the tannery splits the leather cross-sectionally into layers, resulting the “grain leather” which is the top part and the “split leather” is the bottom part.
Semi-aniline is a luxurious and soft top grain leather that combines the suppleness and classic feel of untreated hide while providing some stain protection through a light surface coating. Semi-aniline leather is a leather dyed in a dyebath to achieve an even colouration.
This careful process means that only a thin finishing layer is required, enabling the leather to retain its soft feel and natural characteristics.

It is recommended to plump fixed cushions the following way:
Pound down four to five times on the seat pads and back cushion. This helps reform the furniture interior’s form.
If they become misshapen during use, use your hands to return any errant fillings to the corners of your sofa.
To smooth out any creasing, run your hands from front to back of your furniture, applying a good amount of pressure.
