About this product
The Jay-Be Rollaway Folding Bed gives you a proper single bed for guests that folds away when it's not needed. It's built with a galvanised steel frame that supports up to 160kg, stable enough for everyday sleeping. The breathable e-Fibre mattress has a medium feel and comes as part of the setup, so you get comfortable support without buying extras. There's a built-in headboard that keeps your pillow in place through the night. The 360-degree locking castors let you wheel it from room to room, then lock solid when someone's using it.
The J-Grip legs work with the castors to keep everything steady once you've unfolded it. Plastic feet on all legs protect your floors from scratches. The durable Mono-Tex platform base holds the mattress firmly and keeps it breathable. It folds down to a compact size that stores in cupboards or behind doors. Minimal assembly needed, just one person and you're sorted. Made in the UK to meet international safety and quality standards. Lifetime frame guarantee and one year on the mattress.

Great bed for the money
Bought this foldable bed to put up an additional guest when required, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The bed is well made and feels sturdy enough for larger adults. Some minor assembly required with no issues. The mattress is comfortable given the thickness of it. Also bought the bespoke cover to keep it dust free when stored away.

Well constructed but stretchy mattress base.
The bed is well constructed and was good value for money. But the base which supports the mattress is a stretched piece of "canvas" like material, meaning the heavier the user the more they end up sleeping in a hollow. It will be fine for short-term use, we think.

An e-Fibre mattress is made up of smart polyester fibres which are bonded together to offer varying softnesses. They support like foam but unlike foam, e-Fibre is free from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), odourless and hypoallergenic. Furthermore, the open cell structure of e-Fibre allows air to flow through the mattress which reduces moisture build up, thereby creating a drier, fresher and more temperature ambient sleep environment.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Jay-Be Rollaway Folding Bed with e-Fibre Mattress - Single: The Rollaway is designed to be folded, you can however fold the bed then lay flat to store away.
We would also recommend the storage cover.
