About this product
You're ready to take your cardio sessions seriously at home. This cross trainer connects via Bluetooth to E-Health and Zwift apps for smart training. It offers 16 resistance levels and 21 built-in programmes to keep things fresh. The electronic system adjusts tension smoothly as you move. You'll track speed, distance, time and more on the console.
The 13-inch stride keeps your movement comfortable and natural. Transport wheels let you shift it around your space easily. The console displays temperature and calendar info too. Manual and custom user programmes give you complete control. It's mains powered so there's no need for batteries during workouts.

Great trainer! Easy to construct, quiet when in us
I’ve had this 3 weeks now, great and easy to use. Better workout than I thought it would be. Straightforward if not time consuming to put together, but well worth it Quiet to operate, plenty of programs to choose from

Good but difficult to put together!
It arrived quickly and it does what it says. A few things to bear in mind: difficult to put together, took the two of us a long time and we are usually good at this. I will admit, I have put a bit of weight on so I would have preferred it to have an easier programme to start with. Otherwise a good buy.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Pro Fitness CT300 Cross Trainer: These elliptical/cross trainers are reasonably quiet
There will be movement and sound generated from either the person moving the arms and pedals
Also some rocking if using the machine in a fast manner
I wouldn’t know the db level, but the sounds should be minimal and I am sure its possible to watch tv at the same time as using this great machine
