Bright and light
Does what it says. It's very light, but that's to make it easy to transport. It's a bit much to use it at the 20 minutes distance, but I put it on further away for an hour, and it's within the recommendations. Too soon to tell if it will have any effect.

Good Purchase
I bought this several weeks ago, I use it every day and feel it is lifting my mood. It is lightweight, easy to use and the stand works really well. It is very bright, which my husband doesn't like.

I've been looking to get a SAD lamp for a while and this one is great value for money, especially being so high end, and has lasted well in the long run and seems to be set up to stay working for a long time. It was easy to set up, and it has worked absolute wonders since I started using it, so I can safely say that I reccomend this product!

Great natural light
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little dubious about this light when it arrived due to the size of the box however I was pleasantly surprised. I work from home in a fairly dark room and thought this natural light would be useful. The first time I turned it on it lit the room beautifully. It has a very natural feel to it and is very calming. It’s simple to operate just by pressing the easily accessible touch button. There’s no humming noise which I thought there would be so that was a relief. It looks nice but mainly is great because it has a flat base so can sit on a shelf or the floor or desk. Great light

The light is so effective it’s like it’s daylight even if it’s dark outside. It helps make a real difference to my mood especially on these long dark winter days. It’s lightweight and easy to manoeuvre should you wish to move it to a different room.
