First time I have bought this model not sure about the wobble handle it has fallen off once and rechecked the instructions but I feel I’m not sure about it

This is my second gtec when my first one died i tried another big named vac but I hated it I like the weight on the vacume cleaner on the head not my wrist I hated it so I went back to gtec its a handy easy run around dailey vac for my heavy cleaning i use a Henry cylinder for heavy cleaning the 2in1 lift offs dont work well for me

Dear Gtech This Was Our third Cordless Hoover From You,It Will Certainly Be Our Last When It Was Delivered Just After Christmas The Handle uld Not click In,We Are Both DisaAnd Were not Able To Do It,You Were Contacted Three times By Email, But Not Once Did You Get Back To Us,Not been Able To hoover Over The Xmas Period Is Not Great When Folk Are coming, Eventualy One Of Our Neighbours Came In,And Managed To Fit The Handel In I Do Know It Was The Christmas Holiday Time,But Now Holiday Time Is Up,You Have Still Not Got In Touch. The latest gtech air ram that I have now purchased as a far better suction power than my old one. It is light to use which in my case with my limited mobility is another plus. Also the packaging is good which reduces the chance of any damage to the product whilst in transit.

The Vacuum can be used on hard floors so yes tiles will be fine. You can also check with the tile manufacturer if it is suitable.

This particular AirRam 2 doesn't have a handheld function and so vacuuming stairs may be awkward due to the size of the vacuum head.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Gtech AirRam 2 Cordless Upright Vacuum Cleaner:
There are no settings to change on the machine. There is a forty minute runtime per four hour charge which can vary slightly depending on the floor surface being vacuumed.
