Robust and Versatile

I bought this as an upgrade and replacement after my 5 year old Arctis 5 couldn't hold itself together anymore (The leather ear cup just fell off) The moment I held the Arctis Nova Pro in my hands I could already feel the difference from my old headset. It felt structurally stronger and the leather ear cups firmer, while wearing them it was comfortable and they didn't feel like they would fall from my head if I moved too much or too quickly. Unfortunately, the head strap adjustment is limited so if you have a particularly small or large head then you may have difficulty with fitting. Thankfully I didn't have such issues. The GameDAC is a great upgrade from the chat/mix dial as it features a handy screen which show your audio levels and the ability to connect your headset to two separate devices and switching between them is so convenient when I want to switch from playing my PC to my Playstation 5. It is also larger and weighted so it stays firmly in place while I recklessly spin around in my chair. Sound quality is fantastic! And with the assistance of SteelSeries' in-app Sonar software, I can really customise the sound to exactly how I want it, feeling immersed in what ever I am doing with clarity and a sense of direction. Considering I purchased this in a panic to replace my bestest friend of a headset, the transition period was seamless and I barely even think about whatever-their-name-is anymore... 10/10 purchase. Overall pretty good

Audio is pretty good, mic audio quality is acceptable, comfort is great, build quality feels good too. One thing I will criticize is having to connect to the game dac in order to be able to mute. When muting, my mic's LED doesn't light up either, I thought it would, but I guess either mine is bad or this is only a thing for the wireless version. One other thing I would criticize is the fact the microphone is directional. It can be a little annoying lining it up so that it can actually pick up your voice without feeling the vibration of your breath reverberate through it. For fairness, I should mention I got this product at a time where it was at a discount.

Very comfortable

Got this about a month ago but i could wear those thing for HOURS without my head hurting or anything. They have the perfect clamp power to stay on my head even while running. The base station does need its own little quide to help solve some common issues.

Fantastic sound!

Wasn’t expecting this level of sound but it was great! Consider this an upgrade over A40s. I love the different frequency options for various game types. A little more ON the ear than OVER the ear like my Astros but the pads have been amazingly comfortable in long sessions. Very well made.
