Rubbish packaging
Both shades arrived in a box each with nothing in the box securing the shade. One box looked like someone had played football with it! Both boxes had dents and tears. The shades inside were obviously damaged due to no packing or even air pockets around them. The shades themselves are lovely but the packing and delivery let them down massively
