Avoid! Really bad quality I put it in the bin
Really cheap quality. Put the rail up in old holes but when I went to thread the hooks on they all broke. Not wanting to have to cut a new rail to size I wondered if I could buy new hooks from argo and maybe they would be better quality.... Font be silly of course they don't sell additional hooks for this rail. Bought a swish rail for a few quid more and the quality is much better. Put it in bin!

Disappointed
The curtain track kit is not fit for purpose. I had my curtains ready to hang when we decided a new track was required. The convenience of popping into my local Argos, also being a great price, couldn't be better, BUT, half an hour later when I opened the pack, there were not enough hooks to hang one curtain never mind two. Surely a decent amount of hooks can be supplied at the onset, instead of having to go and purchase more. False economy and very disappointed at not being able to hang my curtains after a full day of sewing. Everything is getting cut back to the bone these days, we need a company who looks at the goods properly and sees that they are fit for purpose before selling them on.

Thanks for your query about the 1.5m Lightweight Plastic Curtain Track - White.
Having checked, the shape and design, and location of the support brackets, would not allow this to be fixed to a ceiling. Also, were it possible to do so, when fixing to a ceiling you'd need to consider whether it's able to take the weight of a rail and its curtains and the limitations of finding a strong point, e.g. a beam, to which you could attach it.
