Failed completely
Securing the rail onto the wall brackets failed completely for me. I tried all sizes of Philips and pozidrive screwdrivers. They all slipped resulting in me unable to secure the rail. It went in the bin and I bought a cheaper but better one from elsewhere.

Bought it to put a thermal curtain up. Only used 3 brackets 4 are included. Has stoppers each end so curtain doesnt fly off. Does the job and holds well

This product was cheap to buy. However this shows in the quality. Very flimsy, some of the hooks snapped as they are not easy to put on. However it served its purpose, but would not recomend.

The Argos Home White Curtain Track - 120cm don't stipulate a max weight as this is largely governed by the type of wall being fixed to, as a solid wall will take a heavier weight than a plasterboard wall.
The track will be suitable for light to medium weight curtains, so unlined full drop curtains or lined half drop curtains.

The supplier has advised the following for the 1.2m Lightweight Plastic Curtain Track - White:
The supplier does not recommend doing this though it is technically possible.
They advise that, to do so, you would need to use screws to fix the brackets, so you'd have to be very careful that this does not damage the windows or frames in any way. (Doing this might invalidate any warranty that is in place for the windows). The fixing screws the supplier provides might be too large, so you might need to find a smaller more suitable screw, depending on the thickness of the frame.
