Very good
Really good for the money. Abit strange the way the pedals move and it's difficult to watch anything on your phone as it's at the bottom the phone storage. But you get use to it, it's slow burning calories but I am still enjoying the Rower, it's not too noisy either. My son built it for me and it took no more than 30 minutes to build, probably less. It's definitely worth buying to add a fitness routine in your day.

Does what I want it to do!
Bought to replace an old rowing machine that broke. Overall this one is smaller and lighter. On the whole, it is good, however the plastic wheels on the seat are noisy and make a clacking noise when in use rather than running smoothly. Clearly this is one area where investing in higher quality materials would have made a big difference - my old machine wheels ran smoothly and quietly. The rest of the machine runs well with smooth action on the pulley mechanism. Limited features on the display compared to my old machine, but, at the end of the day, all I am doing is rowing, so don't need a lot of features!

The Opti machine is definitely a good quality rowing machine and I am very happy with the quality and quiet operation of this rower, so much better than my last one. Hello Libby05,
The supplier has advised the following for the Opti Magnetic Rowing Machine:
It's based more on the user's leg length than their height. They advise that it should be be ok for someone 6ft, but they ask that you check your leg length as the sliding area is 86cm.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Cj,
Our supplier has advised that the Opti Magnetic Rowing Machine doesn't track split. It only records the total mileage, also the total mileage resets if the battery is out of power.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hello Rocky,
The supplier has advised the following for the Opti Magnetic Rowing Machine:
“ It's important to note that calorie estimates from exercise machines are often just that: estimates. They can vary significantly, and are not always accurate. Some studies suggest that machines can overestimate calorie burn by a significant margin.
Concept2 Example: Concept2 rowing machines, for instance, use a combination of factors, including resistance (drag factor), stroke speed, duration, and body weight (through their own scaling calculator) to estimate calories burned.
While machines may not be 100% accurate, resistance level is generally factored into calorie estimates, along with other relevant metrics. ”
Thanks for using Q & A.

Hello Graeme,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Opti Magnetic Rowing Machine: It’s a belt made from nylon.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q & A.
Ive found the same- Ive been rowing for 15 minutes at a relatively decent stroke rate, at the highest setting and the distances Ive been going are considerably lower than the internet leads me to believe they should be. So Im judging myself on time and effort rather than distance!
Hi Steve,
I can confirm the distance is shown in KM. It does not require calibration. Please see the following link page 16: https://documents.4rgos.it/v1/static/6214151_...
