Pleased with the purchase
This product is exactly as described -it is non-stick and works well. The reason I have not given it 5 stars is because I have not used it much and feel that it should prove itself for longer before I would do so. The unusual feature is that my thick, solid plastic mat used for years to rest all my hob pans and utensils used in the stove have never had any problems with it but this pan has left its base rim mark where the copper is ( not the whole base) on it and ended up with a melted dusting from the mat which I was able to remove- proof of the heating power of the pan?

"The frying pans are fine to use on a gas hob and the instructions say to rub oil into the pans and heat then wipe when cooler and to do this regularly to maintain the performance".
