A little too slow
This really isn't worth the money I paid for it. My dog can put the ball in herself but it's too slow and she gets inpatient and sometimes tries to take the ball out. She will also just drop it at my feet as i suppose its instant. Not too bad noise wise.

Excellent idea but….
My Collie is ball crazy so thought this would keep her entertained but it is vey noisy so she won’t come anywhere near it when it’s in action, I’m hoping when weather gets better we can use it outdoors and that she will gradually get used to it 🤞if it was made quieter it would be so much better

Really good
My brother’s dog loved this. Couldn’t get the hang of putting the ball inside the machine, but brought it back to us

Great fun!
Excitable dog still needs to learn to put balls in the launcher! Thinks that’s Mum’s job😂

It's OK I guess
I have 5 Dachshunds but only one will play with it, the sound it makes is quite loud, more than I expected, The aiming is a little random but shoots the length of our hallway, As Dachshunds are quite stubborn it's difficult to learn them to put the ball in, so I have to do that, and he trys to get the ball out before it fires, thankfully it got a IR on the front to stop it shooting the ball. Overall its a good item though its expensive, thankfully I bought this on sale, I wouldnt pay the asking price otherwise.

Awesome
Absolutely awesome, the best thing I've ever bought for my dog. He absolutely loves bombing after the ball, picking it up in his mouth, and, bringing it back. At first it was just him doing it, now he's got me into it too! At first it waa just him doing it, but, now he's got me into it too! High recommended!

Postage ball launcher
My dog absolutely loves it, just wants to play with it all the time, not yet got the concept of putting the ball in himself. Great product for energetic dogs.

Hello Shel,
I can advise the following for the PetSafe Automatic Ball Launcher Dog Toy:
There are sensors at the front of the unit.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello Andy,
The supplier has advised the following on the PetSafe Automatic Ball Launcher:
“ There is no safety guard or any additional item to stop dogs from putting their paws inside the machine. A dog specifically has to be trained by its owner to drop the ball within the unit and ideally stand next to the unit while launching. If there is unwanted behavior, it will really require training from the owner. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.

Hi there,
This includes 2 tennis balls.
Thanks for using Argos Q&A.
Tennis balls are really bad for dogs teeth! Is this not something the manufacturer has addressed. Seems bizarre.
Hi Florin,
The Launcher is intended to be used with standard tennis balls and may not operate correctly (or be damaged) if used with balls of a different construction or weight
